You’ve come to the right place for healing.
Why You Need Precision Massage
Traditional massage targets your whole body, regardless of where your problems exist.
Precision Massage targets your soft tissues at the source of your problems. With this precise and focused targeting of only your problem areas, deep and lasting healing can be within your reach.
Precision Massage is affordable, highly effective and provides lasting relief that other soft tissue therapies cannot match.

Let the sun set on your soft tissue problems.

Precision Massage Works Differently
Most massage therapists offer only very superficial spa-style oil petting, neither designed nor intended to help you overcome your longstanding issues. At Precision Massage, I listen to you, and work to target only your most problematic damaged soft tissues. Precision Massage treatments holistically stimulate your body’s detoxification pathways, activating a regenerative cycle of renewal and deep healing.

About Me
I have studied anatomy extensively, and received my degree in soft tissue manipulation. I passed the National Massage Licensing exam MBLEx by FSMTB.
By combining the principles of Gua Sha technique with more modern scientific discoveries in positive tissue regeneration, I adopted a massage modality of instrument-assisted precise targeting of structural imbalances. This deep healing modality is called PRECISION MASSAGE, and other massage therapists simply can’t match these unique individualized precisely targeted treatments.
You are always in charge of how much or how little precise direct pressure is applied. Treatments are designed with your comfort in mind.
The treatment experience can be very deep, profound and offer extremely satisfying results.

Understanding Scar Tissue
When you damage your muscles, tendons, and ligaments (your soft tissues), your body uses scar tissue to repair the wounds. Most people think of these internal repairs as a “like for like” exchange with your regular injured soft tissue. This is false.
The reality is scar tissue acts like cellular level GLUE, patching together your damaged tissues. Adhesions lack the elasticity, flexibility and strength of normal tissue. With time (as you age), your accumulated adhesions shorten and restrict your soft tissues, making simple structural movements more painful and tiring than before you damaged yourself.
The inflammation caused by your imbalances and restricted movement creates even more damaging scar tissue, creating a progressively worsening inflammation loop that turns into chronic pain. Some people simply call this “aging”. But emerging science is making the case that this is not normal aging.
Groundbreaking studies emerging from 21st century regenerative science show that by targeting and breaking down these accumulations of unwanted scar tissue, it’s possible to positively remodel stronger and healthier soft tissues. Even well into “old age”, the science says it’s possible to remodel your soft tissues. This means that by breaking up your adhesions at the source of your problems, you can naturally remove damage and detoxify your inflamed and painful areas.
Scar tissue works silently to limit your mobility
- Your scar tissue creates inflexible, weaker, cement-like adhesions in soft tissue.
- Your scar tissue disrupts normal muscle function because it lacks the ability to expand and contract.
- Your scar tissue can be up to 1000 times more pain sensitive than normal tissue. This is why your injured areas cause so much pain.
- Your scar tissue is weaker than normal tissue, and tears more easily. This creates a loop of further damage, greater pain and less mobility and flexibility.
- Your scar tissue shortens muscles, tendons and ligaments, restricting range of motion.
- Your scar tissue appears like tangled hair when imaged. Healthy fascia and muscle images look like rows of straight, combed hair. Similar to tangled hair, damaged muscles may change your appearance and make you look less than your best.
Positively remodeling your scar tissue through targeted Precision Massage helps you clear out your old painful adhesions which can lead to increased wellness, better range of motion and let you take control of your health!
FAQ

Why Does My Hip Hurt?
Your thigh and pelvis connect at the hip joint, and even the slightest imbalance in the muscles and tendons located here can cause major problems. Hips (like shoulders) function through a highly movable ball and socket joint encased in soft tissue (ligaments and capsule). When the “ball” or the “socket” are not aligned precisely, the joint can wear unevenly, leading to restricted ROM and pain. Precision Massage identifies your unique hip muscle imbalances, and targets the precise soft tissues that need treatment in order to regain your proper hip mobility and address your pain.

Why Does My Knee Hurt?

The knee is where the thigh and lower leg meet. The soft tissue around the knee, when damaged, can cause improper joint alignment.
A misaligned hip joint, and/or ankle joint can also contribute to long-term damage at your knee joint.
Targeting soft tissue damage around the knee, hip and ankle can very effectively positively remodel the soft tissue around your knee and get you back to enjoying the activities you love.
Precision Massage is almost always necessary to return your knee to pain free mobility post-surgical repair or post-full knee replacement surgery.
Ankle Wear and Tear

Your foot and ankle carry a heavy load — namely, all of your body weight when you are standing, walking or running.
Tightness, pain and loss of range of motion can occur when scar tissue accumulates around the top, bottom or sides of your ankles.
Ankle pain often becomes chronic because the joint can’t get any rest and relief, and is repetitively re-injuried during daily activities.
With Precision Massage you can break the cycle of pain by targeting all of the soft tissue damage contributing to your ankle pain (lower calf muscles, ankle ligaments and tendons, foot fascia and sometimes knee muscles and ligaments).
Jaw Issues

The jawbone can become misaligned due to accumulated scar tissue in and around the TMJ. There are many ways the jaw can be damaged, such as:
Teeth grinding, trauma, dental procedures, postural issues, and chronic pain in your neck joints may all contribute to a misaligned jawbone.
Removing the scar tissue in the affected muscles and tendons can positively remodel the soft tissue around your jaw and help you manage your jaw pain.
