Addressing Your “Pinched” Nerves

Precision Massage does not diagnose conditions, but clients sometimes come in and report a “pinched” nerve is causing pain to radiate down a neck, shoulder, leg or arm.

Often times your real problem is the soft tissues located around your nerves are tight and restricted and cause compression around the path of your nerve. Nerves can sometimes also become entrapped by scar tissue, and this can be very painful.

When your soft tissues release the compression around your nerves, you can get relief from your nerve related symptoms, even though the nerves are not the direct focus of your treatment.

Every client of course has a unique set of circumstances, but I have found that by treating the source of your tight and damaged muscles, or by removing scar tissue directly from the known path of your nerves, can lead to great relief from your associated nerve pain.
